Tracks Of The Week 02/18/2025-02/24/2025

Really great week for music and I’m finally caught up! Two big wins!

Audrey Go Again by Anxious

Anxious’ new album is fantastic. They took everything great about their debut and added more experimentation and improved their craft in every way. This song is beautiful.

jenny by Leisure Hour

Great new song from Leisure Hour. This track has super evocative lyrics and great production.

Pardon Me by Joey Bada$$

Joey Bada$$ delivered 3 new solid tracks and this one takes the cake for me.

Aon by Maruja

Maruja released a fully improvised Post-Rock and Free Jazz EP and it rivals any conventional release they’ve ever done. The chemistry and sound they achieve on this thing is wild.

Shoots by acloudyskye

acloudyskye dropped a fuzzy, glitchy, indie rock album that reminds me a lot of Porter Robinson’s album from last year. The production is super warm and enveloping.

Lizard by Samia

Samia delivers another fantastic single that features a really hypnotic swirling melody and interesting production that sounds really fresh for her.

Helsinki by Western Jaguar

Western Jaguar released this amazing track about the heartbreaking experience of botted streams. It sounds amazing too. Just wow.

Filler by My Own Desert Island

MODI are another amazing, fresh emo band on the scene and their new album delivered on all my hopes for them and more. This song is so catchy.

Nostalgia’s Lie by Sam Fender

The British Springsteen acolyte hits us with another super solid record.

Where I Lay by Movements
