Hey! I’m a little late but here we go!
You Ominously End by Arm’s Length
My absolute favorite band is back at it, proving exactly why they’re my favorite. Saw someone call this Mumford and Sons meets Touche’ Amore and I think that perfectly summarizes this song. The lyrics are also absolutely beautiful and heart-wrenching.
See Through by Creek
Speaking of ominous, that’s definitely the vibes this new Creek song is giving me. Super great shoegazy track.
A Summoning by Gates To Hell
Very solid and satisfying deathcore. The drummer of this band is Bryan Garris from Knocked Loose’s brother so that’s pretty sick too!
Picture Window by Japanese Breakfast
On the opposite end of the spectrum, this new Japanese Breakfast LP really blew me away.
Bethlehem by Men I Trust
Really pretty instrumentation and chill grooves.
sweatshirt by powerline traps airplane
PTA are just so so good. This is gorgeous.
Hornet Disaster by Weatherday
The full Weatherday project is here. And it’s so good I couldn’t pick a favorite so here’s just the first track. Go listen to the whole thing.
Everybody Breaks by XweaponX
Also featuring Bryan Garris’s little brother and Bryan himself. XweaponX are a super raw and rowdy hardcore band I would highly recommend.
Every Painting has a Price by Saba & No ID
Gorgeoussss new Saba album.
Out In The Open by My Morning Jacket
I went in to this album thinking it would be pretty sleepy but I was very surprised at how good this is.
Here’s the rest of the list!
